RATES: Rates are quoted per night for two persons for a minimum stay of two nights. Applicable rate depends upon type of accommodation. Longer minimum stays may apply for holidays and special events. All rates are subject to New Hampshire sales tax, and are subject to change without notice. There is an additional charge of thirty five dollars for an extra guest in our rooms that can accommodate three people. None of our rooms can accommodate four people.

RESERVATIONS: A 50% deposit is required within seven days to confirm all reservations for multiple day stays. A 100% deposit is required on a single night stay. Personal checks are acceptable forms of deposit. The deposit applies to the full amount of your stay. The balance, including New Hampshire sales tax, is due on arrival. We do not accept credit cards, but do accept personal checks, travelers checks, and cash.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF CONFIRMED RESERVATION: In the event that you must cancel, if 14 or more days notice is given prior to the scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee per cancelled room. If less than 14 days notice is given prior to the scheduled arrival, your deposit is forfeited. In the event that you must shorten your stay per the confirmed reservation, there will be a refund only if we are able to re-rent the room for the remaining period of your reservation.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. We can accommodate later arrivals with prior notice. Check-out time is 11:00 am. We are a NON-SMOKING Inn. Smoking is permitted only on the front porch. CHILDREN over 10 are welcome. No pets, please.
